Intussen krijgen we naar jaarlijkse goede gewoonte straks een speciaal shirt van EF Education te zien in de Giro, maar dit keer zullen niet enkel zij een ander tenue dragen dan wat we gewend zijn. Ook Alpecin-Fenix komt immers met een gloednieuw exemplaar. Echter lijkt het olijfgroene ontwerp waarin de Giro zal worden betwist niet erg in de smaak te vallen. Zo valt op te maken uit de vele Tweets die volgden op hun aankondiging.
